How to order

If you would like to purchase a bear please fill in the form below and submit it. I will then contact you to answer any questions and to confirm whether your chosen bear is still available. I can reserve a bear for up to seven days pending payment.

Please do not send payment before checking that the bear you wish to adopt is still available.

UK buyers

I accept cheques in £ sterling or payments online through PayPal or Nochex

International buyers

Travellers Cheques in £ sterling, Postal Orders in £ sterling, Money Orders in £ sterling or online payment through PayPal.

 

Payment terms

Payment in full: one initial payment for the total value of item(s) ordered. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of full payment, taking into consideration waiting periods for cheques to clear.

Lay away/Lay-by: a minimum initial deposit of 30% of total purchase price is required. Full and final payment is required within 60 days.

Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of full and final payment taking into account waiting periods for cheques to clear.

(Please note that layaway orders only become effective upon receipt of the 30% deposit. All deposits are non refundable. Should you choose to cancel your order prior to the item(s) being posted, however, any payments over and above the 30% deposit will be refunded in full).

Postage and packaging costs are charged on all orders. Overseas customers are responsible for any charges imposed by Customs and these are not included within the delivery charge.

Once goods are dispatched we do not accept liability for damage or loss in transit.

If there is a problem with your purchase you have seven days from the day of delivery to inform me. If a return is necessary, then you are fully responsible for the safe return of the item, so an insured service is essential. The item must be returned in new condition for a full refund/exchange less any postage costs. If the item is not in new condition, then I reserve the right to hold back a portion of the refund as compensation.
